Activity Highlight

In order to promote the upcoming basketball tournament, the LCP group shot their first commercial on March 2nd! Mark Teman of AVR donated a crew and equipment to shoot outdoor scenes. Chance Carpenter was the director/producer and tirelessy worked to develop the final version.

The Public Service Announcement (PSA) will run the week of March 22th on the COX cable network. We won't comment on how many takes it took for certain "actors" to get their lines right, but it was truly an education in the subtleties of advanced video production. Our special thanks to Curt Pair at Picture This Productions for his assistance.

Who We Are

The Leadership Communication Program (LCP) is an educational partnership with the Boys & Girls Clubs, Microsoft and other local organizations. Students are engaged in a variety of activities that provide insight into the worlds of business, culture and science. Their key project is the design, planning and execution of a weekend basketball tournament on April 4-5, 2009.

Proceeds from the basketball tournament and other activities benefits the Boys & Girls Club of Metropolitan Phoenix.
